We spend on cars, televisions, on luxury
without thinking we give away our money
but then when it comes to helping the poor
suddenly we don't spend money anymore
On this earth, we should help each other
a duty for a Muslim, to help one another
but greed covers our hearts unfortunately
where is nowadays the great generosity?
Spend like the prophet used to give away
think about the needy, be thankful everyday
Spend with what Allaah has blessed you with
give sadaqa and to Allaah you should submit!!
