Ya Allah, accept our fasting and deeds
and protect us from arrogance and greed
Ya Allah, we ask for Your Bliss and Mercy
purify our hearts, make us hear and see
My Lord, we'll be patient, for Your sake
for You I' ll pray, in the early morning wake
My Lord, You blessed us with Ramadan
and You protect us from the evil shaytaan
I ask Allah, to grant You the greatest reward
in this blessed time, in this favoured month
I ask Allah, to purify both your soul and heart
accept your repentance, give you a new start
